Entrepreneur residency visa
To secure an entrepreneur visa, one must register a local company. The founder is granted a residency visa regardless of the company’s business type and legal form, whether it is mainland or freezone. The only criterion for acquiring an entrepreneur visa is the magnitude of the company’s registered capital. The minimum capital requirements per investor differ across jurisdictions. Typically, in freezones it is 50,000 AED per individual, whereas in the mainland, it is advised to allocate 150,000 AED per individual.
Once the company is established, you can get a residency visa and open bank accounts.
