You are eligible for an investor visa if you hold no less than 72,000 AED (~$19,000) in mainland company shares. In this case, you could be granted a visa for a period of up to 3 years.

Property owner visa
Real estate acquisition is among the most popular investment options in the UAE. To qualify for a visa, you must purchase property within the country valued at a minimum of 750,000 AED (~$205,000). Property owner golden visa
A golden visa can be obtained if you purchase real estate valued at 2,000,000 AED (~$550,000) or above. Beyond the basic residency privileges, the benefits of this visa include a 10-year validity period and do not require its holder to enter the country every six months. Emirates ID
The Emirates ID is a card that carries a unique identification number for its holder. The Emirates ID card or credential provides the following benefits:
- enables long-term residency in the UAE;
- allows the formalization of Ejari long-term housing rental contracts;
- grants access to both governmental and non-governmental services;
- permits unlimited crossings of the UAE border;
- facilitates the procurement of insurance for medical consultations and treatments in the UAE;
- provides the opportunity to work and conduct business in the UAE;
- allows for-profit education at all local academic institutions;
- enables applications for Schengen or U.S. visas;
- allows for the acquisition of a standard driving license;
- enables the opening of an account or securing a loan from a local bank.
